Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TAJI’Z, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges requests are accepted within 5 days of the date your order is received.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, free of stains, perfume and odors, and in their original condition with all tags and the security ribbon still attached.

  • Any kind of alterations will void the returns and exchanges policy. 

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the security tag/ribbon is removed or tampered with.

  • Return Shipping - You’ll need to ship your return or exchange within 14 days of submitting a return or exchange request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Late returns qualify for store credit only.

  • All Final Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • To complete your return, you must upload a receipt or proof of purchase through Request a Return Form

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items (marked as Final Sale)

  • Items showing signs of wear or use, including dresses, jump suites, suites, abayas, scarves, or hijabs with makeup stains, perfume or odors.

  • Any kind of alterations will void the returns and exchanges policy. 

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your return in 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please contact us at CustomerCare@TajizLuxe.com.

EXCHANGES

  • Fastest option: buy a new item and return the old one. Slower option: request an exchange, and we’ll ship the new item after the return is inspected and processed.

DAMAGE ITEMS

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by TAJI’Z.

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item.

  • You need to email a photo of the damaged item to TAJI'Z Customer Care at CustomerCare@TajizLuxe.com before returning the item.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at CustomerCare@TajizLuxe.com before sending your item back.

SHIPPING RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • You’ll need to ship your return or exchange within 14 days of submitting a return or exchange request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Late returns qualify for store credit only.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. TAJI’Z is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
